Ar66 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ar66 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms are subject to periodic review.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ar66 platform, accessible via https://ar66.bet and its associated mobile applications. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by ar66 from time to time.
Use of the ar66 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority recognised in Malaysia, whichever is higher.
- Are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction that permits online betting activities.
- Not prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations from participating in betting activities.
- Registering with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
Ar66 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close the account of any user suspected of not meeting the above eligibility requirements, or found to have violated any part of these Terms.
2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ar66 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, including all balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, mobile number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification, important account communications, and financial transaction processing.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party.
- Logging out of your account at the end of each session, especially when using a shared device.
- Report any unauthorised access to your account to ar66 support immediately.
- Updating your account information whenever changes occur, including your phone number and email address.
Ar66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their own login credentials secure.
3. Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All transactions on the ar66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies without prior conversion, and ar66 does not charge any conversion fees for transactions in MYR.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved methods including internet banking transfers through FPX, supported e-wallets (such as Boost and Touch 'n Go), and other methods displayed in your account's deposit panel. The minimum deposit is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms. ar66 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits exceeding certain limits.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. ar66 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing takes 24 to 48 business hours after the request is submitted and account verification is complete. Users who have not completed the identity verification process may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
Account Verification
To meet financial compliance requirements, ar66 may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or for transactions exceeding certain limits. Documents typically required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of the registered bank account or e-wallet.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users of the ar66 platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games, the odds system, or any platform mechanism.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Opening an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform beyond the scope of standard user permissions.
Ar66 is not liable for any losses, service disruptions, or platform unavailability caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party technical failures, natural disasters, or government actions. ar66 also bears no liability for any betting decisions made based on information obtained from sources outside the platform.
In all circumstances, ar66's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount of the active deposit balance in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Account Policies
Intellectual Property
All content on the ar66 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ar66 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any of this content without prior written permission from ar66.
Third-Party Links
The ar66 platform may include links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. ar66 does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users who access external links do so entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ar66 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated any part of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or threatened the integrity of the platform. Remaining balances in accounts suspended due to fraud or misconduct may be forfeited in full upon completion of an investigation.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us
Ar66 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We encourage users to review this Terms page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to their use of the ar66 platform.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the ar66 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
